		<description>Wow!  I love this idea.  I already make Red Cooked Pork (one of my children&#039;s favorite things to eat...even fussy Fuli likes it).  Add some eggs.  I also like the idea of bringing it with me to work to eat for lunch.  Beats a tuna fish sandwich any day.</description>
